Tom has over 38 years of social service experience. He has developed a proactive empowerment program for the residents of the Gate House Shelter. During and since his tenure as Executive Director, Tom has developed a comprehensive network of personal and professional contacts with key community leaders, local social service agencies, and a wide variety of religious affiliations. His work and these supportive connections will be instrumental in ensuring the success of its residents.
